    1/2 lb. Shrimp
    1/2 lb. Fresh Broccoli florets
    1 Tbs. Olive Oil
    3/8 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
    1/4 Cup Apple Juice, unsweetened
    1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
    1/4 tps. Ginger, powdered
    1/4 tps. Garlic powder


In a large skillet stir-fry shrimp & broccoli in hot oil for about 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are crisp tender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix throughly.
Divide in half and serve over 1/2 cup of brown rice.
