    1 cup Mrs butterworths Sugar free syrup
    1 cup Splenda (to taste)
    1 1/2 cup pecan halves
    6 egg whites
    1 tbs Vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp Dark Molasses
    1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
    1/2 cups pecan halves
    4 oz lite applesauce
    1 cup K special cereal


For Crust:
puree K special cereal, fiber one & 1/2 cup peacans in food processor . Add aplesauce and press mixture into pie plate with a fork to get it even. Bake for
about 10 minutes at 375-400 degrees F until looking toasted.

For Filling:
Mix vanilla extract &, whole wheat flour to dissolve flour. Add syrup,splenda and Molasses. Slowly add one egg white at a time, beating well in between.
Sprinkle pecan halves into pre-baked pie shell. Gently pour the pie filling over the top of them.
Bake at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes, until a knife comes out clean
