A delicious pie for any occasion. A delicious pie for any occasion.
Number of Servings: 8


    3 eggs
    2 tablespoons 1% milk
    2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    4 cups diced rhubarb
    1 prepared pie crust


Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl. Add milk. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg, stir into egg mixture. Mix in rhubarb. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
