    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup bran flakes cereal
    1/4 cup splenda
    dash salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
    1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 cup egg substitute


Measure the bran flakes in 1 cup measuring cup, add water to flakes and let set for a few minutes.
Drain excess water from flakes and combine with rest of ingredients.
Cook just like pancakes.
I make 1 or 2 bigs ones and then use strawberries and whipped topping.
