Introduction

i actually used brazil nuts, but can't find it on the food search. the portions are small, but it is sweet and i have a gastric band so only have mini treats. i am going to try it with dates and walnuts and whatever dried fruit/nut combo i can think of. i actually used brazil nuts, but can't find it on the food search. the portions are small, but it is sweet and i have a gastric band so only have mini treats. i am going to try it with dates and walnuts and whatever dried fruit/nut combo i can think of.
