    Fat Fee milk 8 oz
    Land Lakes Light butter With Canola Oil 14 grams
    Yukon gold potatoes 1kg grams
    Salt 1tbs


Cut potatoes in to similar size pieces. Peal them if you really want. I like to have skin in my mashed potatoes. Put them in to cold water and add 2 tbs of Kosher or Sea salt. Do not use iodonized one, bleh. Let it boil until pieces slide easily from a knife.

When potatoes are close to done add a cup of skip milk to a small sauce pan and turn heat to low. Add tbs, 14g, of Light butter. The idea is to melt the butter in milk. Do not boil the milk, you just want it to be warm.

Once the potatoes are done drain them, let them seat for a minute or two and drain them again.

After potatoes are drained start mashing them slowly adding the milk. You can do it by hand or use one of those mixer machines. I usually add a pinch of salt, but that is a personal preference. Salt to taste.
