    1/2 c flour
    1/2 c soy milk
    2 lg eggs
    1 Tb butter melted
    2/3 c mixed berries


mix flour, eggs and milk till smooth. melt butter in 2 4" ramekins swirling to coat sides. Put 1/2 batter into each and bake 425 12-15 min. sprinkle w/ lemon and splenda and top w/ fruit. add 2 pc. canadian bacon for a 3-block zone meal.
