Ingredients

    2 Cups Flour
    2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Egg
    1 1/2 Cups Milk
    2 Tablespoons Melted Margarine

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. In seperate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together (except butter). Combine wet and dry and blend well. Add melted margarine, mix well. Cook on electric griddle about a 1/4 cup for each pancake. Feel free to add finely chopped apples and/or cinnamon.
