Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 cup of cooked rice
    1 can of Rotel or Tomatoes with chiles
    juice of 1 lime

Directions

cook rice in boiling water until soft.
drain water.
add black beans, tomatoes, and lime juice.
simmer for five to ten minutes.
enjoy!
(red pepper and cilantro also make this a treat)
