Ingredients

    Pork Roast - 3 pound
    Potatoes - 6 large (1/2 potato per serving)
    Celery - 1 C chopped
    Onion - 1 medium chopped
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic French Onion Soup - 16 oz
    Water - 1 C



Directions

Place pork roast in slow cooker.
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Add other ingredients
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours

This is based on 12 servings (about 4 oz of meat and 1/2 of a large potato per person)
