A low fat and tasty lasagna! A low fat and tasty lasagna!

    1 Large Spaghetti Squash
    1 15 ounce can of fat free spaghetti sauce
    6 ounces of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    6 ounces of shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Fresh spinach, if desired


Cook the spaghetti squash by peircing it with a fork and putting it in a 350 degree oven for an hour. When it has cooled some, remove the seeds and scrape out the squash. Put the squash in a bowl and mix it with the spaghetti sauce.

Put 1/2 the squash/sauce mixture in the bottom of a9x13 pan. Add some spinach, if desired. Sprinkle ove 1/2 of each of the shredded cheeses. Repeat the process so that you have two layers.

Heat in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
