    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 8 oz. tub of fat-free cool whip
    1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract


Take 1 cup of canned pumpkin and mix in 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2/3 cup skim milk.

Once blended together, stir in the cool whip. You can leave some out, if you prefer a less-airy texture.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
