Ingredients

    1/2 c Onion chopped
    1/2 c Mushrooms chopped
    1/2 c Sweet Peppers/Bell Peppers chopped,
    1 tsp Garlic minced
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    15 oz. canTomato Sauce
    1 c Swanson Beef Broth
    1 T Cider Vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1 c mini shell pasta
    15 oz can Great Northern Beans
    1/2 lbs Ground beef, extra lean

Directions

In soup pot, brown beef along with onions, mushrooms, peppers and garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT pasta. Simmer for 30 min. Cook pasta separately. Add to soup and simmer.
