Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp
    Turkey breast meat, 10 ounce(s)
    White Wine, 1 fl oz
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Potato, raw, 3 large
    flout 1/4 cup & 1 Cup water

Directions

1. Cook potatoes.

2. Saute' together the first 4 ingredients in skittle with cooking spray.

3. Add the next 4 ingredients to skillet and let cook for 10 minutes.

4. Mix together flour and water to make a rue.

5. Bring skillet to boil, add rue and stir for 1 minute until mixture thickens .

6. Mash potatoes spoon turkey mixture over potatoes... enjoy.

Makes 6- 1 cup servings.
