    3 medium bananas
    1 egg-large
    0.5cup sugar
    0.5cup Splenda
    3 tbsp canola or corn oil
    2 cups flour less 2 tbsp
    1tsp baking powder
    itsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


using electric mixer, mix bananas,sugar,splenda egg and oil well

Mix flour, soda, salt & baking powder and add in 2 or 3 batches to wet ingredients --mixing enough to blend after each addition.
Spray 9x5 loaf pan well with cooking spray , pour in batter and bake at 350 for 50-60 min. or until cake tester comes out 98% dry and top is nicely cracked.
