    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 cup frozen mixed veggies
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 can Fat free cream of whatever soup
    2 cups mashed potatoes (left overs)
    salt and pepper to taste
    spray pam on casserole dish


brown ground beef and onion rinse under hot hot water, return to pot. Add vegetables, soup salt and pepper. Spoon into casserole dish top with cheese and then potatoes. Use a fork to spread potatoes (makes crispy yummy ridges) Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Make 8 warm bubbly 1 cup servings(approx.)
