    4 large leaves of Iceberg lettuce
    1 medium size banana
    2 tbsp of chunky style peanut butter
    1 tbsp of Light Mayonnaise


In a small cup mix the peanut butter and Mayo together till creamy.
Slice the banana length wise in two, then again width wise leaving four pieces.
Place two leaves of Iceberg lettuce on a salad plate.
place two pieces of the banana on top of the lettuce then add half of the Peanut butter/mayo mixture on top of ther bananas, as a dressing.
