Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Pork loin (chops), 16 oz (remove)
    Serrano Peppers, 4 pepper (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)


Directions

Dice veggies and add to pan with pre-heated oil, sautee, then add the pork, diced in to small pieces. Cook until meat is tender, cover and allow to simmer. Serve warm, garnish with sliced Haas avocado.
