    Lemon Juice
    Chicken Broth
1 Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Heat a pan on medium high heat and put breast in pan and cover for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the breast should be mostly dethawed (if you want to dethaw in microwave first, it works about the same, just doesn't stay as tender). I like to take a tooth pick and poke little holes in the breast to help the flavor to seep in. Add broth. While cooking, add lemon juice a little at a time, flipping and drizzling, while sprinkling a littel pepper each time you turn. If the broth boils out, just keep adding a little water to keep the meat moist. After about 7-8 minutes, you should have a delicious chicken breast to enjoy. The reason I like this recipe so much is because its the same as boiling the breast, only tastes A LOT better. ENJOY!
