Ingredients

    Per serving:
    In a pan, cook and saute
    25 grams of hamburger (low fat)
    1 slice onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 large carrot
    1 small zuchinni
    Add spices as desired
    Add spices to taste; basil, curry powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, any other spice you would like to add.
    1 Tsp olive oil

    After vegetables are tender, add 1 cup canned petit chopped tomatoes,
    .3 cups cooked peas
    Bring to a boil
    Add 10 grams Brown Minute Rice
