    Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Polish Pork Sausage, 8 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
    field peas with snaps, 3 cup (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)


In dutch oven, saute' sausage, onions, garlic, and pepper in I can't believe it's not butter lite. Add vegetables and chicken broth. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over hot rice.
