Ingredients

    * 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    * 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    * 1 (15-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    * 1 (15-ounce) can french style green beans
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons drained capers
    * 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

heat evoo in large saute pan, once hot adding ground cumin. after 1 min, add (undrained) stewed tomatoes, cinnamon and capers, simmering for approx 10 mins.
drain green beans & mix into pan, adding fish last, scooping some of ingredients around them.
Cover and reduce heat slightly, simmering for 10 mins tops. serve hot
