Ingredients

    3 large cucumbers
    1 medium onion (red or white)
    2 cups water
    2 cups cider vinegar
    1 cup Splenda

Directions

Wash cucumbers. Peel them so they are striped (some skin on & some off). Slice onion thinly. Layer cucumber and onion in a large bowl.

Mix water, cider vinegar and Splenda in a large bowl. Pour contents over cucumbers and onions. Marinate overnight, stirring occasionally.
