Number of Servings: 6


    6 cups Tossed Salad
    1 cup thinly sliced Cucumber (with peel)
    3 medium wholeTomatoes
    3 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk,
    1/2 cup, shredded red Cabbage


Rinse vegetables, mix together, serve with a lite or fat free dressing of your choice. Makes 6, 1- 1 1/2cup servings.
