    4 small apples, peeled, cored and diced
    1/2 cup total raisins/craisins
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup walnuts (add right before serving)


Mix apples, raisins/craisins, lemon juice and sugar and let rest 1 hour. Mix in nuts and serve.
