Introduction

Powdered peanut butter & no sugar added jam on rye bread. A great fast snack! Powdered peanut butter & no sugar added jam on rye bread. A great fast snack!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices rye bread
    1 tablespoon PB2 powdered peanut butter
    1 tablespoon no sugar added strawberry jam
    a few drops of water

Directions

1. Toast the bread.
2. Mix the PB2 powdered peanut butter with a few drops of water and stir into the consistency you desire.
3. Spread PB2 on toast.
4. Spread jam on top.
5. Eat.

Serving size is 2 slices of rye toast.

  • I haven't tried this yet, but the powdered peanut butter sounded interesting. So, I looked it up. I'll be in CA this week on vaca, so I'm making plans to stop by the Lite for Life store in San Carlos to get a couple of jars to take home. I LOVE peanut butter, but not all the fat. I hope it;s good. - 7/21/09
