Number of Servings: 15

    2 cups flour
    mixed veggies
    2 sticks unsalted butter
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (or chicken)
    4 Tyson chicken breast
2 or 3 tablespoons Kikoman soy sauce low sodium
    2 cups light soy milk

Cook the chicken breast on the stove top with the kikoman, garlic, oregano, and whatever other spice you dig. In a 10x15 baking dish/pan, spray dish/pan with non stick cooking spray and then level mixed vegs on the bottom and pour on the cream o soup. Once the chicken is cooked cube it up and put it on top. Add foil and cook at 375 for like 25 minutes. Next mix milk, flour, butter, and baking powder together for the topping. Pull out dish/pan from oven and remove foil carefully (dude it's hot) and spread out topping (they make awesome biscuits too btw) and crank up the heat on the oven to 450 degrees (that's the temp for the biscuits too btw) and cook until nice and golden brown. Should make about 15 servings. Enjoy!
