This is a perfect snack when you want something quick, sweet and guilt free! It's rich in protein, antioxidants, vitamins, calcium, and live active cultures, but low in calories. Ingredients

    1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt, plain
    1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder, unsweetened
    banana slices (as many as you desire)

Directions

Mix cocoa powder into yogurt until well combined. Top with banana slices or stir mashed bananas into chocolate yogurt depending on your preference. You can also try strawberries, blueberries, or any other fruit that suits your taste! Also works well with vanilla-flavored yogurt.


If you feel like indulging a little more, sprinkle with oreo or chocolate wafer crumbs for an added bonus!
