    2 lbs lean ground Turkey
    1/4 cup Chopped Sweet Peppers
    2 Large Portabella Mushroom Caps, chopped
    1/2 C Chopped Onion
    1 Clove Garlic, chopped
    1/2 Cup Saltine Cracker Crumbs
    1/2 Cup Plain Croutons
    1 Cup Ketchup
    1 5oz can Tomato Paste
    1 5oz can water
    2 Large Eggs


Mix all ingredients, except for ketchup, in a bowl til lthoroughly combined. Divide the mixture in half and put into two loaf pans. Top each meat loaf with 1/2 Cup of ketchup. Cover loaf pans with foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 45 minutes or until loaf registers 160 degrees F. on a meat thermometer.
