    1 CUP OIL
    4 EGGS, BEATEN or Substitue
    2 CUPS PUMPKIN (One 16 OZ CAN)
    3 ½ CUPS A.P. FLOUR
    1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
    2 TSP. SALT
    2 TSP. SODA
    1/2 TSP. GROUND CLOVES
    1 TSP. GROUND CINNAMON
    1 TSP. GROUNG NUTMEG
    1 TSP. GROUND ALLSPICE
    2/3 CUP WATER
    1 CUP PECANS OR WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)

Directions

COMBINE SUGAR, OIL & EGGS. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY. STIR IN PUMPKIN. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR INTO PUMPKIN MIXTURE. ADD WATER & NUTS. POUR INTO 2 GREASED LOAF PANS or MINI PANS. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 65 TO 75 MINUTES or 25 MINUTES IF USING MINI LOAF PANS
