Introduction

Very easy and quick to make and yummy! Very easy and quick to make and yummy!
Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    1 pkg Taco Seasoning
    1 can black beans rinsed and drained (15.25 oz)
    1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    1 can diced green chiles (4oz)
    1 cup dry white rice

Directions

1. Cook rice to directions on package
2. When rice is done add in the rest of the ingredients
3. Simmer till all ingredients are warm

makes 5 1/4 cups total, serving size is 1/4 cup
(may also add cilantro or garnish w/ sour cream or hot sauce)
