    8 oz portabella mushrooms
    1 can butter beans rinsed and drained
    1 tbs evoo
    2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp italian seasoning


heat evoo in a large skillet, saute mushrooms until softened. add beans and heat through. add italian seasoning. top with parmesan.
