    Ham, extra lean, 1.5 cup, diced
    Potato, raw, 4 medium, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 large, diced
    Flour, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup
    Milk, 1% or skim, 4 cup
    Butter, 3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    American Cheese, 5 slice (3/4 oz)


Add all the ingredients to the crock pot except the cheese and broccoli. Cook on the lowest heat setting for 7.5 hours, then add the cheese and broccoli. Heat until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is warm.
