    * Veal Sirloin, 300 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Banana Peppers, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 0.5 pepper (remove)
    * Garlic, 8 cloves (remove)

    * Tomato Paste, 45 grams (remove)
    * Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

    * Root Beer, 200 grams (remove)
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 3 cup (remove)
    * Beans, red kidney, 500 grams (remove)


Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, and the next 5 ingredients to pan; cook 8 minutes or until sausage and beef are browned, stirring to crumble.

Add tomato paste and the next 6 ingredients, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in beer, tomatoes, and kidney beans; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Uncover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with cheddar cheese.
