    1/4 C sour cream, fat free
    2T lemon juice
    2-3 T milk fat free
    2T margarine softened
    1 egg
    2 t lemon peel, grated
    2T sugar
    1 t salt
    1/4 t baking soda
    2 Cups flour
    1 1/2 t active dry yeast
    Lemon Spread
    1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese fat free, softened
    1/4 C confectioners sugar
    1T lemon juice
    1t lemon peel


In a measuring cup, combine sour cream and lemon juce. Add enough milk to measure 1/2 cup. In bread machine pan, place the sour cream mixture, butter, egg, lemon peel,sugar, salt , baking soda, flour and yeast in order suggested by manjufacturer. Slect sweet bread setting. Choose crust olor and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions ( check dough after 5 minutes of mixing" add 1-2 T of water or flour if needed). In a mixing bowl, beat spread ingredients until smooth. servce with the bread. Yield 1 loaf (15 slices)
