    1 lb ground venison
    1 cup crushed saltine crackers
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tbsp. ketchup
    3/4 cup salsa


Makes 6 servings

Mix all ingrediants except ketchup. Pat into a loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.
