    * 1 tbsp cake flour (not self rising)
    * 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    * Dash salt
    * 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, soft
    * 1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
    * 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
    * 1/2 tbsp egg substitute, at room temperature
    * 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
    * 1/2 tbsp chopped white chocolate
    * 1/2 tbsp chopped semisweet chocolate
    * 1/2 tbsp walnuts or pecans, chopped


# Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugars until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the egg and the vanilla and beat well. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chunks and nuts.
Bake for 10-20 minutes, or until cake tester inserted at centre of pan comes out with moist crumbs. Don't overbake!
