Introduction
I eat alot of no salt green beans, and was looking for a low fat way of giving them some flavor. In this recipe I used a can of each, but the next time I make this I will try with no salt green beans. Ingredients

1 can of cut green beans
1 can of no salt cut green beans
5 ozs of Blue grass lean smoked sausage
Directions
I sliced up the smoked sausage, then cut each slice into four pieces. Then I added this to the green beans in a large sauce pan. I cooked this over a medium heat to just boiling, and then simmered it on low (no cover) for about 2 hrs. I stirred it about every fifteen minutes. You can even put this in a slow cooker. The flavor is really great, and this sausage is lower fat and lower sodium.
