Introduction
Since whole grain brown rice takes so much time in cook i made a whole kilo at once and i reserved for use in different recipes, this is one that always springs to mind when there is little in the fridge, and i want a hot meal fast. Ingredients

* *Cooked Brown Rice, long grain, 3.5 cup (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
* Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove)
* *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
* Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup (remove)
* Beef bouillon, 2 cube (6 fl oz prepared) (remove)
* *Soy Sauce, 0.2 cup (remove)
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
* *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Peas, canned, 1 cup (remove)
* Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, grated (remove)
* Soybean Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1.- Prepare all the ingredients first and reserve. (chop the veggies, hydrate the soy meat, boil the rice, etc...)
2.- Heat a deep pan with the oil and cook the onions til they soften, add all the other veggies and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
3.- Spice and add the soy protein, cook for 5 minutes more.
4.- Add the rice, cook for 5 minutes more and adjust the spicing if needed.
