Ingredients

    1 c. Tropicana Lite n' Healthy Orange Juice
    1/2 c. StoneyField Farm low fat Vanilla Yogurt
    3/4 c. Mixed frozen fruit (Dole Brand)
    1 banana
    2 Packs of Emergen-C (very good with black cherry, among the other flavors)
    1 c. spinach
    4 tbs. walnuts

Directions

Smooth all ingredients in blender, until all fruit is chopped.

Pour into two large glasses, and enjoy the flow of vitamins and a healthy immune system!
