Ingredients

    1 - Small Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 Cup - Salsa
    1 Tablespoon of Chili spices or Sante Fe Spice Blends (I like to use both)
    1 Teaspoon Salt Free Garlic & Herb Spice
    1 Jalapeno Pepper (If Desired)



Directions

Makes 1 Serving
Place the chicken on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap in
Rub the Chicken on both sides with Chili Spice
Sprinkle on the Garlic and Herb Spice
Cover with the Salsa
Place cut up Jalapeno on top (If desired)
Wrap tightly in the foil
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour
(Be sure to check with thermometer or cut open to be sure it is fully cooked before serving.)
