Introduction

Great tasting, easy to make for a chilly night! Good way to get in all of your veggies for the day!

It would be healthier to use all frozen veggies (less sodium), I just didn't have them on hand today.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen corn
    1 can carrots
    1 can green beans
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can sliced new potatoes
    3 cups of tomato juice
    1 lb ground turkey 93/7
    1 onion
    chili powder
    3 cups water

Directions

In a skillet cook ground beef with chopped onion until done; drain.

In a separate pot combine all other ingredients and let simmer. Add ground beef and onion to mixture and continue to simmer. Add water until soup is your preferred consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Serve with crackers or cornbread.
