Ingredients

3 c turkey breast, chopped
1 c onions, chopped
1 c green peppers, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c mushrooms, chopped
4 c tomatoes, chopped (or use canned tomatoes)
6 c cooked rice
4 tbsp Kraft Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan Salad Dressing
Directions
-Mix onion, peppers, celery, mushrooms and dressing in a non-stick pan - Heat on medium for 2 minutes, stiring frequently
-Add tomatoes, turkey and rice and continue to cook until heated through
