    8 red potatoes
    12 oz Mexican Table Cream
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    Low Sodium Chix stock
    4 TBS butter
    salt
    pepper
    (crushed garlic clove if desired)

Directions

Boil Potatoes in chix stock,drain when tender (save stock for soup) mix rest of ingredients together and whip with hand mixture slowly......Enjoy 15 1/2 cup servings.
