    2 cups fresh blueberries
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup water


Cook all ingredients over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook another 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Blend for more silky sauce or leave as is for more whole berry texture.

Makes approx. 10 2-tbsp servings
