You could add a low fat BBQ sauce and cook in a caserole dish You could add a low fat BBQ sauce and cook in a caserole dish

    1 medium Chciken Breast, no skin or bone

    Half fat or low fat Cheese slice or grated

    1 peice of very lean bacon with most fat removed


Cut a pocket in the chicken breast (dont cut all the way through)

Fill the pocket with the cheese

wrap the bacon around the chicken breast which will hold the pocket closed and keep the cheese in.

Cook in the oven for about 25mins on a medium heat.

Serve with salad and garlic bread, or rice, or potatoes wedges, or whatever you want really!! Enjoy!! Its gorgous

    I make this using Low Sodium Hormel Bacon Pieces and Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Cheddar. Heat oven to 375, coat chicken in Olive Oil and Dried Oregano, cook 35 minutes, then toss on Bacon and cheese. YUMMY. - 10/26/07

    This was a very easy dinner. My whole family loved it. I actually choose to use Turkey Bacon instead of just regular bacon. - 6/3/08
