Great way to use very ripe bananas Great way to use very ripe bananas
Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup non-fat yogurt
    1 small banana
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 packets of Equal brand sweetener


Put all ingredients into blender & blend on high. Enjoy!

Vary extract flavorings for variety.

*you can freeze bananas when they become really ripe & use them later as needed*
