    1 loaf Bread Dough frozen
    1 1/4 cup Cheese mozzarella (1/4 c in each)
    2 1/2 cup Pepperoni cut in half (1/2 c in each)
    16 ounce Spaghetti Sauce
    Flour for Rolling
    Egg White for Sealing
    Wax Paper


To prepare for group
1. Thaw loaf and divide into 5 parts.
2. Roll each dough piece on a floured board making a square, being careful not to roll too thin.
3. Put 1/4 c cheese and 1/2 c pepperoni on half of the dough.
4. Scramble egg white and brush a little egg white onto one hald of the dough's edges, fold over and pinch
to seal.
5. Place calzones in between wax paper and place gallon bag.
6. Put spaghetti sauce in sandwich bag and put in with calzones.

Cooking Day
1. Preheat oven to 350, spray pan w/ nonstick cooking spray.
2. Put FROZEN calzones on baking sheet and bake for 45 min to an hour or until golden brown.
3. Heat sauce in microwave or on stovetop and use for dipping.

Before baking, microwave butter and garlic and brush on top of calzone.
