    1 cup Salsa
    1/3 cup smooth peanutbutter
    2 Tbsp Orange Juice concentrate (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
    2 Tbsp Honey
    3 tsp grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    12 chicken thighs (no skin)


whisk together ingredients for sauce in crockpot; add chicken & toss to coat each piece; cover & cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or high heat for 2-1/2-3 hours, until chicken is tender & cooked-enjoy!
