super fast, yummy pizza for one super fast, yummy pizza for one

Ingredients

    2 Pillsbury refrigerated dinner rolls
    1/4 c Ragu pizza sauce
    1 Italian tomato, sliced
    1 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Flatten dinner roll dough with hands, stretch into pizza shape (Note: keep extra dinner roll dough in a zip top bag in the fridge for up to a week). Top with pizza sauce, tomatoes and cheese.

Bake for 10-15 min. until cheese is golden.
